RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Customers may request a return only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery. To initiate a return request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and supporting photographs or videos, if applicable.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged after delivery due to customer handling, or returned without original packaging. Products marked as non-returnable or purchased during special promotional offers may also not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
